Pigtails and Crewcuts is looking for a friendly, dependable Receptionist to help keep our salon organized, welcoming and running smoothly.
This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day kind of job.
You’ll be greeting families, answering phones, booking appointments, helping our stylists, keeping the salon organized and jumping in wherever you’re needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Welcome families and create a great first impression
• Answer phones and respond to customer questions
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Check clients in and out
• Help keep the salon clean, organized and ready for guests
• Assist stylists and team members as needed
• Help with retail sales
• Restock products and supplies
• Post simple photos and Stories to our social media accounts
• Jump in wherever needed to help the salon run smoothly
• Answer phones and respond to customer questions
• Schedule and manage appointments

• Assist stylists and team members as needed
• Help with retail sales

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Mom & dad can rest easy in our clean, safe, and professional facilities designed to fit the individual needs of each child. Our stylists are trained to work with children and specialize in haircuts for boys & girls of all ages, trend-setting hair fashions, themed parties, and retail product-lines specifically created for kids. Each salon is designed with our most important customer in mind. We have themed & adult styling chairs, “mom chairs” at each styling station, age appropriate movies playing throughout the day, video game consoles, party room, a train table, toys, and retail offerings including hair accessories & hair care products.
Pigtails & Crewcuts proudly partners with Locks of Love. We, also, have an exclusive line of trademark products created with our customers in mind. Each salon is locally owned & operated, and our family approach has made us one of the most respected children’s hair salon franchises in the country.
